Imperial Lakewoods golf course was designed by Ted McAnlis (also architect of the Blue Monster at Doral) who took the natural terrain surrounding Imperial Lake and produced one of his finest creations. Situated on more than 500 beautifully wooded acres with 16 lakes, majestic maples, large oaks, swaying palms, and rolling terrain, Imperial Lakewoods is unique among Florida golf courses.
Imperial Lakewoods has recently completed a 3-year, $3 million expansion and renovation of the course, clubhouse, restaurant and related amenities.
The feature holes at Imperial Lakewoods are the first, second, third, fourth, and seventh holes on the front nine and the 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th on the back nine. These holes earn the respect of every golfer who plays them, as they blend with the natural surroundings to produce some of the finest golf found anywhere.
